Stat Pack Vol 46

Welcome everybody to my 46th WWE Stat Pack! I have been watching every WWF/WWE PPV from the very beginning, back from Wrestlemania 1 and reviewing each and every show. Every 5 or 10 PPVs I have put together and updated a stat pack which records all the major stats, facts and figures from the big shows. Within this Stat Pack you’ll see all the PPVs ranked as well as which wrestlers have fought the most matches, who has the most wins and losses, all matches rated and who has the best average match rating as well as figures on the tag teams, managers and much more. This Stat Pack covers from the original Wrestlemania through to Wrestlemania 26, a grand total of 250 PPV’s!

There are just five new entries to this list, taking the list up to 250.  Survivor Series 2009 is the highest new entry, that goes in as the 25th best WWE PPV up to now. The tirple threat match with John Cena, Triple H and Shawn Michaels being the highlight of that card. Royal Rumble 2010 is the only new PPV to feature in the top 100, that goes in at 68th. TLC 2009 is 153rd, Wrestlemania 26th is 161st and the worst of the bunch is Elimination Chamber 2010 which featured a really poor midcard, that goes in at 192nd.

10= Jeff Hardy (77)
10= Christian (77)

There have been 250 WWE PPV’s up to now and The Undertaker has wrestled on most of them. He’s missed 98 in total. This list is largely the same as the last Stat Pack which was published five PPV’s prior to this. The top 7 actually stay in exactly the same order with all 7 having wrestled on the majority of the last 5 PPV’s. That will come to an end now for Shawn Michaels following his retirement at Wrestlemania 26. Matt Hardy is now in 8th on his own, JBL drops down to 9th and Jeff Hardy is now joined in 10th by Christian.

There’s a few current superstars that are fairly close to getting on this list, the likes of Dre McIntyre, John Cena and Santino.

There have been no draws on the last five PPV’s so this list stays exactly the same as the last stat pack. Shawn Michaels retires at the top.

9= John “Bradshaw” Layfield (48)
9= Jeff Hardy (48)

It still takes 48 losses to get on this list and it’s the same ten men on this list as the last Stat Pack. Triple H actually moves into second, leap-frogging Undertaker after The Game lost matches at Survivor Series, Royal Rumble and Elimination Chamber. The Big Show is now in 6th place on his own, Edge moves down to 7th. Matt Hardy goes from 10th to 8th after 3 consecutive losses for him, that means JBL and Jeff Hardy go from 8th to 9th.

The top 4 stay exactly the same but John Morrison, who was in 5th, drops off the list following his main event appearance at Elimination Chamber 2010. Everybody else moves up a place and a new entry in 10th is the second diva to be on the list, Mickie James.

There are three new additions to the above list and they all took place at Wrestlemania 26. The match between Undertaker and Shawn Michaels, although not as good as their previous match at Wrestlemania 25, is good enough to be deemed as the joint top 3rd PPV match of all time. There are two new additions to the lowest rated match list with the ten diva tag team match at Wrestlemania 26 been given a 1 out of 10 and the Bret Hart vs. Vince McMahon rated at 1.5/10.

9. Stone Cold Steve Austin (7.16)
10. Zack Ryder (7.12)

I love how strange this list looks. A lot of it comes down to being in good matches like Royal Rumbles. The top 6 all stay the same. Evan Bourne is a new entry in 7th after 4 good PPV matches (all of which he lost). Kurt Angle and Steve Austin both drop down a place and Zack Ryder is a new entry in 10th. He’s only wrestled two matches and one of those was the 2010 Royal Rumble match.

8. Shane McMahon (6.97)
9. Rob Van Dam (6.94)
10. Triple H (6.91)

There are no changes to this list. Obviously the more matches you wrestle, the harder it is to change your average match rating. The only ratings that change at all are Shawn Michaels and Triple H and they are pretty small. The top 10 stay in the same order.

7. Kurt Angle (30700)
8. “Stone Cold” Steve Austin (30525)
9. Kane (29983)
10. The Rock (28387)

This list is made up of a formula of matches wrestled, won, average match ratings, main events and win percentage. It creates a top 10 of the best of all time. There are a few changes to this list. The Undertaker has gone back to the top, leap-frogging Triple H back into first. Triple H had only gone top on the last Stat Pack, it is very close at the top. Shawn Michaels, Edge and John Cena keep their spots in the top 5 whilst Chris Jericho moves up from 8th to 6th. Kurt Angle and Steve Austin both drop a place whilst Kane and The Rock keep their spots in 9th and 10th respectively. Not for this list I like to give a top 20, so the rest of the top 20 in order is…Chris Benoit, Randy Orton, Bret Hart, Jeff Hardy, Batista, Matt Hardy, Christian, Bradshaw, Hulk Hogan & The Big Show. In terms of the top 20, Batista has moved up from 17th to 15th, Matt Hardy falls from 15th to 16th, Christian moves from 19th to 17th, Bradshaw falls from 16th to 18th and Hulk Hogan drops from 18th to 19th.

There are a few changes to this list. The top 2 stay exactly the same but Mickie James rises from 4th to 3rd. Beth Phoenix drops to 4th and her rating has dropped a little. Sable stays in 5th but Michelle McCool rises from 10th all the way up to 6th. Lita and Victoria both drop a place whilst Melina is a re-entry in at 9th.
